UD Consulting LLC recently acquired the Wexford-based Sofranko Advisory Group.
This acquisition significantly expanded UD Consulting's portfolio of hospitality businesses and growth trajectory for the future.
The Sofranko Advisory Group specializes in brokerage, financing and consulting for restaurants, bars and beer distributors in Pennsylvania, while also supporting a service line that includes dealing liquor licenses.
With aggressive plans to become a multi-state and multi-coast advisory business, the CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant that will organize and help expedite the flow of work through his office, communicating the executive's instructions with various individuals and furnishing and obtaining information from other business leaders or external sources.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
To crush it in this role, you will need to:
Provide executive level support to the CEO by performing an array of administrative functions in person and remotely requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision making.
Respond to routine correspondence; draft correspondence for the executive's approval and signature; schedule appointments; coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Manage executive's calendar, committing executive's time.
Facilitate the executive's work by establishing, organizing, and maintaining files of correspondence, records, and related materials.
Information handled may include highly confidential information dealing with the long and short-range plans of the organization, employee issues, salary information and customers.
Control expenses by monitoring and researching operating budget variances, balancing executive's expense account, authorizing bills for payment, and recommending various purchases.
Provide support by screening and routing telephone calls, texts, emails, and visitors, responding to routine questions, and obtaining and furnishing information to save the executive's time.
Set priorities for telephone calls and visitors.
May prepare complex management reports/documents by gathering, organizing, summarizing, and analyzing data.
YOU HAVE:
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2
years of relevant professional experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
