Summary:
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible to recruit nursing and allied professionals to place in various contract and per diem assignments throughout Indiana. The Recruiter will work with the client to understand their specific contingent staffing needs and provide quality healthcare professionals to be the solution for that client.
Responsibilities:
oBuilds committed, trusting relationships with client contacts and healthcare professionals by understanding their goals and professional needs by educating on current healthcare job market, and by deploying consultative selling strategies to promote opportunities.
o As a Recruiter you will be responsible for delivering high quality, professional nurse and other healthcare candidates to fill our various per diem and contract assignments throughout Indiana.
oPlan prospective strategy according to market demand on a daily and weekly basis to contact as many qualified candidates as possible via phone and email in order to establish relationships of qualified healthcare professionals.
o The recruiter is the first contact with a candidate and connects to create urgency and commitment in applying to fill a client specific contract.
o Develops and maintains a professional relationship with qualified potential candidates through the application process and fulfill in person interviews.
o Document pertinent information obtained in the computer, carefully screening to ensure the applicant meets hiring criteria. Obtain and complete compliance and credentialing documents.
oRespond with enthusiasm and establish rapport with each potential candidate that calls in, answering the phone promptly and courteously.
oGenerate call backs from passive sourcing on job boards including Linked In, Indeed, etc.
o Schedules PRN and private duty shifts to ensure accurate tracking for client.
o Respond to all emails with a sense of urgency.
Able to fulfill approximately 35-45
nursing positions monthly
Qualifications:
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Previous sales/recruitment experience required. Phone sales experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
oBachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or Human Resources
oA minimum of two years healthcare recruitment experience preferably in staffing agency
oProven performance in healthcare recruitment
oKnowledge of the recruitment process for nurses and other healthcare providers
oDemonstrated integrity, sincerity, and initiative
oMust possess excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
