Our Newest Opportunity:

The Payroll Specialist aids in processing payroll for multiple OneDigital clients. This individual works closely with other members of the OneDigital Pittsburgh payroll department to assist in daily reporting, mailings and system changes. The Payroll Specialist also participates in the quarter-end & year-end tax reporting processes, annual W-2 s and special projects pertaining to payroll.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Assist in responding to client phone and email inquiries. Analyze and resolve client questions;
  • Prepare daily payroll reports requested by clients;
  • Prepare daily garnishment payments;
  • Office administration to include; mailings, faxes to tax authorities and special projects as needed;
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by management.

  • Able to keep information confidential;
  • Able to meet deadlines, and work well with others;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to build strong lasting relationships;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • A High School Diploma is required, a College Degree (Associate or Bachelor) is preferred;
  • Experience in providing quality customer service required;
  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
