Director, Product Development / Business Intelligence

Our client located to the north of the city of Pittsburgh is hiring a Director of Product Development and Business Intelligence. This is a full-time direct hire position. This position is responsible for ensuring that Cost Analytics Solutions are capable and equipped to support our clients' growth plans. In addition, this position will ensure the technical road map and plans are realized related to the development and delivery of the cloud based platform and continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and frameworks. Responsibilities Overall accountability to ensure that the Engineering, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Agile methodologies are aligned and leads the team effectively and cohesively to achieve business needs. Works closely with the leadership and the Product Management team to drive the technology development, delivery and evolution of the cloud-based platform and the associated product. Responsible for development, implementation, changes and enhancements solutions. Communicate clear accountabilities and objectives for the technical team and ensure the necessary policies, processes, tools and methods are in place to ensure these accountabilities are achieved. Provision of high quality, cost effective, efficient and reliable service to the business continually identifying opportunities for improvements in the service provisions, ensuring cost effective systems and effective policies and processes are in place to enable an outstanding service provision. Ensure the stability and security of systems is maintained and that product delivery is to agreed levels of quality and within budget Provide strong leadership to all level employees within the team to ensure they, in turn, have leadership capabilities. Responsible for ensuring performance and quality standards are consistent, relevant and effectively communicated throughout the Engineering function to maximize productivity and efficiency. Accountable for resource and capacity planning to ensure long term objectives are achieved. Communicate plans, policies and procedures. Risk assessment and mitigation analysis. Leads technical input to the sales process through the delivery of technical proposals throughout the tendering activity. Qualifications 7 years of experience working in the healthcare industry with product management, administrative and/or clinical operations, in a solutions owner/product line manager role. 3 years of experience leading multiple, complex projects that include stakeholders at all levels Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring a team through the initial processes, to the successful delivery of multiple deployed, SaaS and cloud-base applications.  Proven experience in driving and implementing the plans of an innovative, collaborative technical group that meets the business needs and drives success. Proven record to manage difficult situations; respond promptly to resolve issues to improve service and meet commitment deadlines. Effective stakeholder management experience, which has been proven at all levels of the organization. Breaks down barriers and removes cross functional silos between departments through effective stakeholder management to improve intercompany relations and level of service given to customer. Ability to collate and present data to be shared at an executive level, such as proposals, reports and technical papers. Ability and experience with the following: Common programming languages (SQL, Java, C#, C++) SW development tool: Microsoft Version Control - GIT/ TFS Cloud based platforms (such as MS Azure) Database management (such as SQL Server, Active Directory) Business Intelligence tools Reporting and data visualization Data analysis and basic statistical analysis
Salary Range: $168K - $190K
Minimum Qualification
8 - 10 years

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
