These range from the largest and one of the first public-private partnerships for the U.S. compressed natural gas transit fueling to the largest single stream recycling facility in the United States, all requiring an exceptionally high level of experience, technical know-how, and good judgment. We are searching for a Professional Engineer who has who has the right type of experience with designing complex buildings, building systems, and industrial facilities in support of our clients' unique business ventures. Our project engineers are responsible for the technical accuracy of the project and but also need strong people skills as both a reliable team member and mentor for junior engineers, designers, and technical staff. Your Typical Duties:        Perform lead engineer role on small and moderately complex projects and is responsible for all technical aspects of the project and overall completeness and quality of work. Must be able to act as Engineer of Record under the supervision of senior staff.        Write and edit technical specifications        Responsible for coordinating submittals, RFI, and other aspects of construction administration        Manage single discipline projects or specific discipline of a multi-disciplined project.        Maintain client contact and provide regular progress reports.        Prepare neat and organized design calculations.        Assist Supervisor, Project Managers, Senior Professionals or Senior Engineers with QA/QC responsibilities by performing and maintaining internal and contract required QA/QC reviews of submissions, plans and/or design calculations when requested.        Review and assist with management of project budgets.   Your Minimum Qualifications:        Accredited 4+ year Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equal        NECEES certification with the ability to obtain reciprocal licensure in most 50 states        LEED Certification a plus        Valid PA Professional Engineering Registration        Minimum of one (5) years' experience as a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer, ten (10) years desired.        Be able to perform a power system design for buildings, with a strong understanding of NFPA 70 and 70E as well as International Building and Energy Conservation Codes.        Experience with the design and distribution of underground and above ground medium voltage systems 5-35kV class systems with the ability to coordinate with manufacturer representatives for availability of equipment.        Must possess a valid driver's license        Federal experience desired but not required        Excellent communication skills required        Strong organizational skills for managing project schedules and tracking and be able to meet aggressive deadlines        Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality is required        Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)        Strong interpersonal skills including experience with supervising and mentoring staff        Business travel including airline and overnight required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
