Senior Workers' Compensation Claim Representative

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Claim Representative to join our Wexford, Harrisburg or Lancaster PA team.  This position is responsible for verifying coverage, investigating, managing and resolving complex claims for the Company's clients within established claim guidelines.  This position is also responsible for promptly establishing and maintaining accurate reserves within authority limit and managing ecovery Return to Wellness initiatives.  Job Requirements The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree and at least five (5) year of experience working in a professional workers' compensation claims capacity.  Ten (10) years of experience in a workers' compensation claims capacity may replace the degree requirement.  Additional requirements include comprehensive knowledge of applicable state laws and industry standards, empathic listener with the ability to create mutual understanding and trust, advanced analytical skills, working experience with MS Office applications and excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.  Advanced training or certification (AIC, CPCU) is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
