Principal Engineer

Job Description
Arcadis seeks a full-time, principal Air Quality Engineer who can provide strong technical leadership and collaborative client development and project management support. The successful candidate must display the ability to contribute positively to our existing client relationships in the Oil & Gas or Chemical sectors, exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, and thrive in a team environment. Preferred locations: Wexford PA or Columbus OH.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and executing technical air quality compliance tasks such as permitting, reporting, development of emissions calculations, supporting management of change at client facilities, performing complex regulatory applicability analyses, and developing and tracking implementation of plans and procedures that may be required by applicable requirements.
Leveraging and developing client relationships to build upon our long-term business partnerships with various clients in the NY/PA/OH region and around the U.S.
Collaborating with the Arcadis Air Services and Strategic Environmental Consulting service leaders as needed to foster a team environment and to respond to requests for additional support for clients.
Providing timely, exceptional project deliverables to address the air quality needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate an understanding of Clean Air Act regulations at the Federal level and for one or more states
Have existing positive working relationships with regulatory agency personnel in one or more of the following states: PA, OH, NY, WVa
Exhibit technical expertise in air quality in one or more of the following: strategic permitting and compliance, planning, control technology evaluations, and/or air dispersion modeling and meteorology in the Oil & Gas or Chemical/Petrochemical sector
Flexibility to apply technical expertise in a variety of different industrial sectors to serve Arcadis clients
Required Qualifications
15 years of experience
Bachelors or in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
Professional engineering certification
Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams in multiple geographies

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
